把卡纸折成13到15cm左右的长方形或者正方形的卡片。当然，为了方便，可以直接买大小适中的便利贴。其实，纸张的大小和材质没有太多的要求，只要能用就行了。
例如，我们可以用白纸裁成大小适中的纸片，把一张白纸对折3次，就可以制成小卡片了。卡片制成以后，我们在卡片上面写上自己认为重要的句子、短语、生词，并且标注相应的学习标注。
